Having sold our house very quickly and waiting on build going on within a new area, I can honestly say Happy Lets Team at Hamilton have been excellent, especially Joe who has been first class & will go beyond and above to help with anything that we ask. A prime example was yesterday, not sure what was wrong with heating, before 9am Joe had spoken to necessary parties and problem resolved by lunchtime. Always a prompt reply with dedicated service. 'How can we help' would recommend branch every time and property we are in just now is in excellent condition. Thank You Happy 😊 Lets you are always at the end of a phone if need be or email. Hi I am a landlord of a property in Hamilton and Happy Lets have been the management company for the last 3 years. I cannot praise their service enough. Their professionalism , communication skills , knowledge of legal matters referring to letting issues and their vetting of clients is second to none .Also payments are prompt with corresponding statements e mailed as back up . My sister in law rents a property in Ayrshire and uses a well known national letting agency . The problems she has had are numerous and she often comments to me : " I wish there was a Happy Lets in Ayrshire as the service you get from them is far better than the one I get ." that statement speaks for itself !

Having previously used Slater Hogg & Howison a number of years ago to sell a property, I really didn't put alot of faith into Estate Agents. My opinion was very much that they don't do an awful lot for their money. However I cautiously decided to give Allen & Harris in Hamilton a go without much expectation. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they were very much on top of putting my property on the market and selling it the best way they could. They were very quick with each step of the process and I had my property sold within weeks. They continually kept me informed of any developments and I would have no hesitation on using them again in future. Thanks for restoring my faith in estate agents Allen & Harris!

I can not recommend countrywide enough, our house was on the market for 4 days and was then sold. The girls in the office do everything in there power to help you and to make sure you are happy with what’s going on. And Gavin who came out to visit us could not have been any nicer and made such a horrible time seem so easy. Between both Gavin and the girls our experience of selling our property has been brilliant when everyone says it’s a nightmare, I can not thank the team enough for everything they have done for us. If we ever are looking to sell a property again we will be back.
Do not use any other letting agent. If you are looking for the best service and a company that you can really rely on to look after your property then use countrywide lettings. Having used another agent in the past, it’s completely night and day with Countrywide and how they look after my property.
